Job Description

We are seeking a sharp and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – Modern Trade to manage sales operations across high-end shopping malls and premium retail outlets in Lahore. The role requires strong execution skills, an understanding of modern retail dynamics, and the ability to drive sell-through in premium environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across assigned modern retail outlets and mall-based stores
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Coordinate with store managers and mall teams to improve footfall conversion
• Ensure stock availability, replenishment, and correct product placement
• Execute promotions, in-mall activations, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor competitor activity within malls and share market insights
• Train and guide shop staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in modern trade / organized retail / mall-based retail
• Experience working with high-end or premium brands preferred
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong reporting and follow-up skills
• Lahore-based
