Office Timings: Monday – Saturday, 9am to 6pm

Job Summary
GS Trainings is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, classes, and appointments
- Support trainers and management with routine office work
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
- Assist in data entry, reports, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with staff and students when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and attention to detail

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
