Job Description

Role Overview:

As a sales executive, you are the primary business contact for clients. You are expected to provide consistently superior customer service to clients by designating their requirements and aims within the group to ensure quality sales. The role involves both in-office & face-to-face sales-based communications with customers. Growth and success are measured by your performance and capacity to meet targets. You will be promoted based on merit, and compensation is based on your individual accomplishments. You will be required to develop a rapport with clients to support new and repeat business possibilities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Develop and Implement Field Sales Plans and Processes. Seek Business expansion opportunities.

2. Contacting leads generated through Social Media and Other Platforms. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and E-mail Outreach.

3. Having Expert Knowledge about Products and Services. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

5. On-Field Sales Meetings with Clients and Full-filling Client Requirements.

6. Communication with the Production Team to better execute Sales. Provide Relevant Data and Content to Marketing team for effective marketing campaigns.

7. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

8. Negotiate/close deals & handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

9.Ensure achievement of Targets/KPIs on Weekly or Monthly Basis.

Requirements:

>> Experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

>> Proficiency in English and Urdu Language.

>> Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

>> Resilient, Energetic and Fast Learner. Capable of Handling Pressure.

>> Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

>> Excellent customer service and sales skills.

>> Self-motivated and driven by targets.

>> Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

>> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

>> Bachelor’s or High School Degree in any Relevant Field.
