Job Description
We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant / Chat Support Executive (Onsite)
We are looking for a Chat Support Person to join our team on an onsite basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience dealing with Pakistani customers.
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Salary: PKR 25,00 – 30,00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat and messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information and timely responses to customers
- Assist with basic virtual assistant tasks as assigned
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
- Coordinate with the internal team when required
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
- Experience dealing with Pakistani customers/clients
- Prior experience in chat support or virtual assistance preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude
