Job Description

We are looking for confident and fluent Call Center Agents for our DME campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle US customers professionally, and experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US clients for DME services
• Qualify leads and verify customer information
• Follow campaign scripts and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with verification and processing teams
• Maintain call records and CRM updates
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements
