Job Description

Job Opening: Manager – Accounting & Taxation

Location: Peshawar

Company: Fandeez Business Solutions registered in Dubai UAE since 2017.

Fandeez Business Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for a highly skilled Manager – Accounting & Taxation to lead our accounting team, manage client portfolios, and oversee end-to-end compliance services from our Peshawar Office.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional who has hands-on accounting expertise and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate must be able to:

✔ Record accounting transactions independently using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

✔ Supervise and guide bookkeeping staff on day-to-day accounting

✔ Review and ensure accuracy of VAT returns

✔ Prepare financial statements from incomplete or unorganized data

✔ Review accounting records for Corporate Tax purposes

✔ Supervise Corporate Tax compliance and filings

✔ Directly manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely deliverables

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the bookkeeping team
  • Manage the accounting operations of multiple client accounts
  • Review and finalize VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE VAT law
  • Prepare and review financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End)
  • Complete Corporate Tax computations and ensure accurate filing
  • Reconcile incomplete records and convert them into compliant financial statements
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior accountants
  • Maintain communication with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure all accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax deadlines are met

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • ACCA Affiliate or Member/CA/CMA Background only.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting, VAT, and taxation
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT law and UAE Corporate Tax law
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (knowledge of Tally, Xero, Zoho is a plus)
  • Ability to prepare financials from incomplete data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team
