Job Description
Job Description – Final Expense Closer
We are seeking fresh and experienced Final Expense Closers to join our high-performing sales team (on-site). The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing warm or live leads, guiding clients through final expense insurance options, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close final expense insurance sales over the phone
- Handle qualified leads professionally and confidently
- Educate clients on policy benefits and coverage options
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets
- Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Final Expense Closer
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
- Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset
