The Role

This is a senior leadership position (not a routine HR role).

You will lead the HR function, build strong teams and establish professional systems that support a high performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR department and team
• Design and execute recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
• Build onboarding, training and retention programs
• Drive performance management and accountability
• Strengthen company culture and team engagement
• Implement HR policies aligned with best standards
• Partner directly with international and domestic senior management

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
