We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Pharmacy Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple pharmacy branches in Faisalabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business growth strategies.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits, analyze performance metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure top performance and service quality.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on stock management, reporting, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and pharmacy standards.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in retail pharmacy sales, operations, or area management.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, sales processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel across assigned branches when required.
