Job Description

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented Economist to support strategic decision-making through in-depth global economic analysis. The role focuses on assessing international financial risks, monitoring global economic policies, and providing data-driven insights to strengthen sustainable fundraising and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct global and regional market research to identify financial risks and assess the impact of international economic policies.
• Analyze economic trends and provide strategic advice on fundraising and resource generation initiatives.
• Prepare detailed, well-structured economic and financial trend reports for senior management.
• Monitor global economic indicators and geopolitical developments relevant to organizational planning.
• Support leadership with analytical insights for long-term financial sustainability.

Requirements:

• Education: M.Phil. or Master’s degree in Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in economic research, policy analysis, or financial advisory roles.

Core Skills:

• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Understanding of international economic and policy environments
• Effective communication and report-writing skills
