Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing overall sales performance, sales targets, and customer relationships to ensure sustainable business growth
- Oversee and achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to senior Management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and to identify customer needs to develop solution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, visit customers, and gather feedback to improve service and sales efforts
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire new corporate clients, and create business cases to attract clients
- Work with cross-functional teams like commercial and operations to develop customized solutions
- Prepare feasibility reports and maintain detailed customer records and tracking sheets
Job Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Retail Sales segment or Modern Sales Segment
- Prior experience of FMCG or retail industry with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in multiple modes of payments, credit sales and its recovery
