Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Medicare & ACA campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to Medicare & ACA
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and eligibility questions
- Transfer calls to licensed agents when required
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and accurate records
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Call center or healthcare experience (min: 6 months preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts
Location: On-site
Shift: Night Shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
