Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate human resource and administrative activities, including hiring, managing employee records, and processing salaries. This position also includes administrative tasks for employees abroad.
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with employees and upper management, both in Pakistan and abroad.
- Maintain human resource records.
- Manage recruitment cycles for new openings in the firm.
- Recruit new employees and negotiate contractual agreements.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances.
- Provide administrative support for conferences and training.
- Issue office facilities and maintain vendor lists.
