Job Summary

WADIC is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s complete marketing function. This role is essential in building a strong brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand management—preferably within a technology or web development environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to position WADIC as a top-tier web development company.
  • Lead and manage all marketing initiatives, including branding, digital marketing, content development, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to continuously optimize marketing performance.
  • Define KPIs, benchmarks, and performance metrics to track and improve marketing outcomes.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms.
  • Improve website structure, content, and user experience to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools, heatmaps, and CRO techniques to optimize website performance.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media creatives.
  • Develop and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and customer retention.
  • Build and optimize automated email workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Improve lead funnels through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality B2B leads.

Brand Management & Public Relations

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and identity across all online and offline channels.
  • Manage public relations initiatives, including press releases and media outreach.
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and co-marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry-focused sessions to establish thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Use CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to track, manage, and nurture leads.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI-powered tools to improve customer interaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts and current industry trends is a plus.
