About Us
Future Serve is an established overseas education consultancy working on study abroad guidance, student awareness, and career counseling. Alongside our education projects (Future Serve Overseas Education Services and Future Serve Speaks), we are launching a new venture – Future Serve Tech.
Future Serve Tech will provide professional services to local and international clients, including:
- Web design & development
- Graphic design & branding
- Video editing & social media content
- Digital solutions for businesses and agencies
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can help us launch, coordinate, and grow this tech project from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Tech Project & Growth Coordinator will act as the central coordination point between management, designers, editors, developers, and clients. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who understands how service-based businesses operate.
This is not a basic social media posting role.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Launch & Planning
- Assist in executing launch plans and timelines
- Prepare service documents, proposals, pitch decks, and pricing sheets
- Organize internal systems (Google Sheets, trackers, checklists)
2. Outreach & Lead Coordination
- Support email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach using provided scripts
- Research potential clients (agencies, SMEs, consultants)
- Track leads, responses, follow-ups, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate onboarding of pilot and early clients
3. Website & Digital Asset Coordination
- Update website content using CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Upload case studies, service pages, and testimonials
- Coordinate with designers and editors for visuals and media assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
4. Internal Team Coordination
Act as a bridge between:
- Management
- Designers
- Editors
- Developers
Track deadlines and deliverables
Provide weekly progress and performance reports
Required Knowledge & Understanding
Bachelor’s qualification in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science or a related area
Basic understanding of service-based businesses (B2B)
Familiarity with:
- Websites & landing pages
- Social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Lead vs Prospect vs Client lifecycle
Professional communication and outreach etiquette
Required SkillsHard Skills
- Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
- Professional email & WhatsApp communication
- Basic WordPress or CMS editing
- Understanding of Canva (for feedback & coordination)
- Organized tracking mindset (Sheets-based CRM is enough)
Soft Skills (Very Important)
- Strong written communication (English; Urdu a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Confident in client communication
- Ability to follow systems and checklists
- Proactive attitude – suggests improvements, not just executes tasks
Experience Requirements
3 – 5 years experience preferred
Background in:
- Digital agency
- Marketing or service-based firm
- Software houses
