Job Description
The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. This role emphasizes understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure exceptional service is delivered to our key clients.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships, identify upselling opportunities, implement revenue growth strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, track account metrics, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 2-5 years in account management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software.
