Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Officer to join our team at THE HRM NAVIGATOR in Lahore. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer assistance, and a problem-solving attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
  • Assist with inquiries, orders, and service-related matters.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and conduct follow-ups when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
