Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Officer to join our team at THE HRM NAVIGATOR in Lahore. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer assistance, and a problem-solving attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
- Assist with inquiries, orders, and service-related matters.
