Job Description

Years of Experience: 1-2 years in desktop support.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Provide L1 IT Support.
Requirements/Skills:
– 1-2 years desktop support experience.
– Proficient in troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software.
– Experience with installing and troubleshooting printers and scanning peripherals.
– Skills in software and applications installation and troubleshooting.
– Basic networking knowledge including cable coding, network connectivity troubleshooting, and IP addressing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person
