Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, building sustainable relationships with customers, and addressing complaints effectively. You will also maintain customer records and follow company policies.
Qualifications: Diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and proven experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Prior experience in the Visa Industry is advantageous.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, in-person work location.
