Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our HR team on a 1-month contract to assist with urgent hiring needs.
Position: Freelance Recruiter
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: PKR 40,00 (fixed)
Contract Duration: 1 Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with HR for final interview rounds.
- Fill positions efficiently within the contract timeline.
