Job Description
About Us: A-list Communication, based in Lahore, is a leading provider of professional communication and dispatch services. We are seeking a dedicated Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming calls, messages, radios, and CCTV.
- Dispatch security personnel and respond to incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Fluent in English communication with clients.
- Track patrols and provide updates.
- Prepare handover notes for the next dispatcher.
Requirements:
- Previous dispatch experience preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must work rotational shifts.
- Valid CNIC mandatory.
Location: Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore.
