Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our team. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely registration with EOBI and Social Security, and upholding compliance with Labor Laws. The role involves assisting in employee onboarding and exit processes, supporting payroll by providing relevant information, and coordinating with government departments for inspections or audits. Additionally, you will address employee queries, maintain HR documentation, and organize employee welfare activities.
