Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is seeking a professional Call Operator to join our team. As a Call Operator, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about our products and services, and maintain records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls professionally
- Provide accurate product information
- Transfer calls when necessary
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good communication skills in English & Urdu
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience is a plus
