Job Description
We are looking for a Travel Agent (Umrah Services) to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Umrah packages, bookings, and customer coordination. This is an onsite position, and prior experience in Umrah travel services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Umrah package bookings (economy, standard, and VIP)
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transport, and airline tickets
- Assist clients with Umrah visa processing and documentation
- Provide accurate information regarding Umrah packages, itineraries, and costs
- Deal with customer inquiries professionally (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client details
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners (hotels, airlines, transport)
- Resolve customer issues before and during travel
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in Umrah services
- Good knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa requirements, and travel documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, booking systems)
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Umrah/Hajj travel agency
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems
- Sales or customer handling experience in travel industry
