Job Description
AAW Group seeks a skilled English Language Trainer to deliver engaging in-person instruction for students and professionals. You will teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing; design lesson plans, materials, and assessments; evaluate progress and provide feedback; and collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, have prior teaching experience, strong spoken and written English, classroom management and presentation skills, and adaptability to varied learning styles. IELTS trainers preferred. Compensation is commission-based or minimal base plus per-student commission. Full-time, in-person role.
