Job Description
AAW is searching for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to lead training sessions that help students achieve high IELTS band scores. This role operates on a performance-based earning model, offering 50% of the net profits after expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training for Academic and General Training modules.
- Conduct classes focused on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
- Create tailored practice materials for various student levels.
- Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback.
Qualifications: BS/MA in a relevant field, at least 1 year of IELTS training experience, and excellent English communication skills. Certification from recognized institutes is a plus.
