Job Description
We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents to join Abacus Outsourcing in supporting healthcare-related customer services for Apna Clinic. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy, clinic, or hospital settings, and possess a basic understanding of medical terminology.
Key responsibilities include handling patient queries via calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring patient confidentiality. Effective communication skills in English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to Rs45,00.00 per month, requiring in-person attendance.
