Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing seeks a Bengali-speaking Customer Support Executive to handle phone, chat, and email inquiries; diagnose and resolve issues; log interactions in CRM; collaborate on complex cases; and meet KPIs. Requirements: fluent Bengali (spoken/written), good English, strong problem-solving, fast-paced adaptability, and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, typing).
