Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring an Assistant Call Center Operations Manager in Lahore for rotational shifts. You will oversee day-to-day BPO projects (inbound/outbound/customer service/back-office), monitor KPIs and SLAs, lead daily huddles and coaching, collaborate with QA and Training, analyze performance data, handle client escalations, and drive process improvements. Support includes workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years in BPO operations with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and performance dashboards. Full-time, in-person role; pay up to Rs200,00/month.
