Job Description
The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Abacus Outsourcing ensures service excellence by monitoring, evaluating, and improving customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, tickets) across BPO operations. Supporting the QA Manager, you will enforce quality standards and compliance, coach agents, mentor QA analysts, run calibration sessions, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, analyze trends and root causes, present insights to stakeholders, assist in client audits and reviews, and manage quality escalations to meet client SLAs. Required: bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in BPO/contact center QA with 1–2 years in a senior QA, team lead, or assistant manager role. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
