Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing seeks a BPO Team Lead for JazzCash social media in Islamabad. Lead daily operations, mentor staff, manage schedules, resolve escalations, and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor campaigns, collaborate with marketing and design, manage content calendars, and track KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications, 2+ years social media management, 1–2 years team lead experience in a BPO or call center, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel and tools like Hootsuite/Buffer, and flexibility for rotational 9‑hour shifts (5 days/week). Full-time, in-person. Competitive salary Rs70,00–80,00/month, medical insurance, and career advancement opportunities.
