Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Urdu and basic knowledge of call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain proper call records and customer details
  • Follow company policies and call handling procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality support

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation (mandatory)
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in Urdu
  • Experience: Call center experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
