Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Urdu/English and basic knowledge of call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer email and calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper call records and customer details
- Follow company policies and call handling procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality support
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate or above
- Language: Good communication skills in Urdu/English
