Position: Technical Service Specialist (02 Positions)

Job Summary: The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for planned maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, providing first-line service, and assisting with installations and deinstallations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line customer service interventions.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and updates.
- Assist in instrument setups and removals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
