Job Description

Location: Karachi – Landhi Plant
Reporting To: Sr. Manager Engineering
Job Summary: The Facility Officer will ensure proper maintenance of all plant buildings, including security, training centers, and various departments.
Major Responsibilities:
- Organize repair maintenance and coordinate with contractors.
- Conduct daily surveys and document findings.
- Maintain work order status and follow up on approvals.
- Implement EHS standards and represent the Engineering department in committees.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B Tech/DAE in Civil), 2-3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of building repair maintenance.
