Job Description
As a Production Supervisor in Abbott Laboratories’ Established Pharmaceutical Division, you will oversee OSD finishing operations at the Landhi Plant. Responsible for meeting daily outputs, scheduling, batch documentation, equipment logs, housekeeping, and supervising the finishing workforce. Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework and increase yields; compile OEE/IOE data; ensure GMP, local regulations, EHS and company policies compliance; support KPI measurement and root-cause analysis; perform daily balance and check-weigher standardization. Education: Science graduate (preferably Pharm.D). Fresh candidates or 1–2 years’ related experience; MS Office proficiency, teamwork and problem-solving skills required.
