Job Description
We are seeking a fluent Spanish & English speaker for the position of Talent Acquisition Executive at ABIC.
Job Description:
- Focus on Retail Sales Recruitment for the US region.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies with an innovative sourcing approach.
- Ensure a structured multi-stage interview process to reduce bias.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share insights and support each other.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish & English.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
