Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving ABM’s growth and success. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking events, social media) to identify and qualify leads.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
4. Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
