Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ABS International as a Branch Manager in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position requires dedication and leadership from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for branch expansion and growth.
- Lead a team of over 50 banking/fintech professionals.
- Manage branch profit and loss effectively.
- Ensure compliance with SECP/SBP regulations.
- Implement customer retention programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in banking/fintech.
- MBA or Finance degree preferred.
- Expertise in SECP/SBP regulations.
- Strong strategic decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work evening shifts.
