Job Description
ABS International in Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Block 13‑C, Karachi) seeks energetic Customer Support Executives for US international campaigns on night shift (6:00 PM–2:00 AM). Base PKR 40,00–50,00 (based on experience/accent) plus incentives up to PKR 20,00 and a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance — reliable earners take home PKR 65k–75k. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries with First Contact Resolution, and use CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/American accent, 6+ months BPO experience preferred, CRM multitasking skills; freshers with exceptional English encouraged.
