Job Description
Join our U.S. support team handling inbound U.S. calls and support emails. Troubleshoot issues, log CRM tickets, and follow escalation procedures. Base PKR 35,00–45,00 plus quality bonuses PKR 15,00–25,00+, paid onboarding and voice coaching, weekly mentoring and promotion paths. Fresh graduates with clear English, punctuality, and ability to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar for night shift encouraged.
