Job Description
We’re hiring a CSR to provide friendly, professional support by phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, updating records, and escalating complex issues. Ideal candidates have excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus. Must be patient, organized, and able to work flexible shifts. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
