Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing communications and projects. The right candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendar, and calls.
- Prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Assist with proposals and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 1-2 years of executive admin experience.
- Strong IT skills, Google Workspace experience.
- Available for UK hours (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
