Job Description
We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join ACE Marketing as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our Call Centre. In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel accommodations, answering questions about resorts and packages, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Requirements:
- Intermediate/O Level/Graduate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.
Pay: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month with Fixed Salary, Uncapped Commissions, and Incentives.
