Job Description
We are hiring Call & Email Support Agents at Acquire Aesthetic Skin Care to handle inbound calls and customer emails. Candidates should have strong English communication, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude; fresh graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include answering and placing calls, responding professionally to emails, resolving inquiries and complaints, keeping accurate records, following scripts, meeting team targets, and reporting recurring issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, MS Office and email skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and strong problem-solving. Location: MACHS, Karachi. Full-time on-site, Mon–Fri 1:00pm–9:00pm. Salary: PKR 35,00–45,00/month.
