Job Description:
- Prepare weekly advance reconciliations.
- Record accounts payable and receivable according to ACT’s policy.
- Participate in audits.
- Ensure accurate journal entries for all expenses.
- Support procurement processes.
- Coordinate monthly project closings.
- Sign daily vouchers/payments.
- Assist in donor reporting.
- Maintain financial vouchers properly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
