Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support demand generation through hands-on execution across SEO and paid acquisition channels. This role focuses on implementation, optimization, and performance tracking, working closely with marketing leadership to support pipeline growth.
This is a delivery-focused role. Clear ownership, follow-through, and measurable results matter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Execution
- Conduct keyword research based on assigned priorities
- Implement on-page SEO improvements
- Support technical SEO fixes within scope
- Create SEO-focused content briefs
- Track rankings, impressions, and organic performance
Paid Acquisition
- Set up and manage paid search and paid social campaigns
- Monitor budgets and pacing
- Test ad copy and targeting variations
- Coordinate with landing page and content teams
Demand Campaigns
- Execute lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals
- Support funnel experiments and conversion improvements
- Ensure tracking and attribution are correctly set up
Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly performance updates
- Share insights on what is working and what is not
- Flag risks or blockers early
- Maintain clear documentation of work
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with SEO optimization and execution
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking
- Ability to work with performance data and metrics
- Clear written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience: 3+ years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
