Job Description
ADAMJEE LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LTD seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, assist the Branch Manager, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating sales and operational staff, supporting sales planning and targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining client relationships, preparing performance reports, and resolving customer issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; prior insurance or financial services experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills; and the ability to work under pressure. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs35,00–55,00/month plus performance incentives and career development.
