Job Description
We Are Hiring For Our Client, AEG Consulting, for the position of HR Officer (Fresh Graduate) based in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement.
- Coordinate HR-related matters with departments.
- Ensure policy compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Internship experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
