Job Description
AEG Travels Private Limited seeks a Visa Facilitator to manage visa applications (tourist, business, transit, e-visas) for multiple countries including Schengen, UK, USA, and UAE. Responsibilities: verify requirements, complete forms, compile documents, submit to embassies/visa centers, coordinate appointments and urgent cases, maintain records, update clients and travel consultants, and negotiate with vendors/consulates. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Travel/Tourism/Business or related field, 3–5 years visa-processing experience, strong knowledge of international visa rules, excellent English and local language communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines; consulate contacts preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month.
